Searching for a SVD Dragunov? This is a fully legal 1:1 scale airsoft replica — the same silhouette, size and feel as the historic weapon, but no firearms permit required in most EU countries. Owning a real SVD Dragunov typically means a certified gun safe, background checks and €1,500–€4,000+ for a collectable original. This replica costs a fraction of that, ships across the EU, and is the fastest legal way to own an accurate copy of this gun for display, historical re-enactment, airsoft skirmish, or as a learning piece. Note: airsoft laws vary by country — it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that owning an airsoft replica is legal where they live before purchasing.
If you've ever seen an SVD replica with peeling paint pretending to be wood, you know exactly why this one matters. The grip, handguard and skeleton stock on this SVD Dragunov airsoft are real hardwood, hand-oiled, with visible grain and the right colour. The body is metal, the rifle is full 1120 mm long, and the whole package weighs 3600 g — almost identical to a live Dragunov.
Why the weight is part of the gun
A 3.6-kg rifle behaves differently than a 2-kg plastic toy: it shoulders properly, holds steadier on aim, and rewards good marksmanship. Combined with the spring-powered spring-cocking, this is a rifle that teaches you to shoot like a sniper rather than spam BBs in semi-auto.
Range that lives up to the silhouette
- ~400 FPS / 1.49 J out of the box with 0.20 g BBs
- 600 mm / 6.02 mm tight-bore inner barrel
- Effective at 40–50 m with 0.25–0.28 g BBs
- Spring-cocking single-shot — one careful shot at a time
- No gas, no battery, no electronics — works in any weather
For collectors and reenactors
Real wood holds up under film and photo close-ups in a way painted plastic never will. The classic SVD side-rail mount accepts PSO-1 style 4×24 SVD scopes, completing the Soviet marksman setup. Whether you display it on a wall, carry it in reenactment kit or take it onto the airsoft field, this rifle looks the part because it actually is the part — real wood, real metal, real weight.
